On March 8, 2024, Valley International School hosted its much-anticipated Annual Sports Day, bringing together over 800 students from Early Years to Secondary levels for a day filled with energy, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
The event began with a vibrant opening ceremony featuring a march-past by the four school houses, followed by an inspiring address by the Principal highlighting the importance of discipline, resilience, and healthy competition.
Students competed in a wide range of track and field events, including sprints, relays, long jump, and shot put. The day also featured team challenges and fun activities designed to encourage participation across all age groups.
Parents and teachers gathered to cheer enthusiastically as students demonstrated not only athletic skill but also strong teamwork and determination. The atmosphere was electric, filled with applause, laughter, and celebration.
The event concluded with a prize distribution ceremony recognizing outstanding performances and team achievements. The 2026 Annual Sports Day truly reflected the school’s commitment to holistic development and excellence beyond the classroom.
